Wines: every purpose, every taste, everyone


There are few pleasures in life: sex, women, … well I can’t remember any more right now, except for a nice wine. Everybody should experience the taste of it. For a romantic dinner, a candle atmosphere, nice food and female company (male company as well), there is nothing better. For many, Chilean wines have become a must, but there are so many different tastes than just the commonly known Cabernet, Merlot or others. Chile has many things to offer and Wine IS perhaps an ace under our sleeve. For all those who do not know about it, here are some of our Stocks and types. You have to pick up one, or two, but do it acknowledging God Dionysus, the Greeks, the Romans and the Fench. Drink, enjoy, share and feel the ecstasy wine can and will provide you.

White Stocks

Sauvignon Blanc:

French stock that characterizes by its high acidity and aromatic
persistence.

Eyes: Shining yellow-greenish colors, with enough transparency. In
some cases, there are bubbles to harness his coolness in mouth.

Nose: Persistent citric and fresh fruit aromas. Calls the attention its
aromatic intensity.

Mouth: The acidity stays, with well-known presence
of lemon and citruses. Low and fresh body.

Ideal to serve it like appetizing or support as plates with high
acidity, like dish of marinated raw fish, salads you cold and white
cheeses. To serve between the 9 and 11 degrees.

Chardonnay:

With this French stock they process best champagnes of the world. It
has the greater body and sophistication between the white and even,
allows aging in barrel.

Eyes: Intense, very attractive golden tonalities. In case of aging,
they show to more brightness and robust structure.

Nose: Aromas to flowers and fruits, specially, mature banana and fragmentation hand
grenade.

Mouth: The sensations of the nose stay, with predominance of
the banana, caramel and hemstitches.

Great companion of fish with sauces of average condimentación, like
salmon to eneldo, cremosos seafood and cheeses. Depending the guard in
barrel, to serve it it is recommended between 11 and 13 degrees.

Red Stocks

Cabernet Sauvignon

Original stock of France, that characterizes itself to
present/display wines of great body and complexity. Par excellence it
is recommended for long guard, as also to process mixtures with other
red ones that harness their flavors, aromas and color.

Eyes: Intense colors of the red range of the ruby, the velvet and
until I touch bluish in cases of the young varietales. The age wines
present/display brown, terrosos tones and clay.

Nose: Intense aroma,with I touch to green pepper, fruits, spices and mentol, in case of
the young varietales. In wines of guard and reserve the wood of the
barrel is very present where they were aged, with a range of other
scents that increase to the sensation of intensity and complex
structure.

Mouth: The flavors that generate these wines must be
corresponding with the sensations that left the nose, as much the
young varietales as red the mature ones.

Recommendation on watch: ideal to accompany spiced red meats
and with strong cheeses. It is recommended to serve between the
16 and 18 degrees.

Merlot

Coming from France, this stock produces in Chile wines of
sophistication body. It is added generally to the Cabernet Sauvignon
to harness flavors and aromas.

Eyes: Violets, almost brown red colors in some cases, and without
very intense brightness.

Nose: Aromas vegetal, humid earth, flowers
and sensations animals, less intense than in the Cabernet Sauvignon
and similars to the Carmenère.

Mouth: It maintains the sensations of the nose, but with a body less robust than the Cabernet Sauvignon.

Recommendation on watch: Ideal to accompany white pastes and red meats
or with little spice, like chicken to the romero (herb). As a rule, it must use between the 12 and 14 degrees.

Carmenère

Original of France, it is a stock that was believed extinct due
to the plague of the Phylloxera. But he was rediscovered in our
country, becoming a unique emblematic product in the world and from Chile.

Eyes: With colors of the range of red and intense, very
typical violáceos of this stock.

Nose: Persistent aroma, of fruit character, with games of mature Indian berry and sweet beetroot. In the case of a Carmenère with guard in barrel, toasted aromas to leather
are harnessed and hemstitches.

Mouth: Consequent flavors with the nose, spicy, to humid beetroots, earth, cooked fruits and vegetables.

Other Red Stocks

Malbec:

Red stock of French origin, originally Cot call, that
presents/displays wines of average body with certain terrosas notes.

Eyes: Tonalities brown, with terrosas notes.

Nose: Rather extinguished aromatically, with some presence of fruits like the Moor.

Mouth: Sensations to earth and bulb, persistent and pleasant in the end.

Recommendation on watch: In order to accompany smooth red meats and creamy cheeses. It is due to be served between 14 and 16 degrees.

Pinot Noir:

Original stock of Burgundy, characterized by its tanins structure
loss, of average body. Unlike French wines, the Chileans are
woody.

Eyes: In the range of the red ones it tiles, rather opaque.

Nose:Special and strong notes to fruits and flowers when he is young, that
evolve to a delicate aroma with the aging.

Mouth: Fresh and entertaining, it maintains notes aromatic of the nose.

Recommendation on watch: In order to accompany fresh cheeses, white
meats, champiñones and salmon. To serve between the 14 and 15
degrees.

Syrah:

Emblematic Australian stock, that is characterized by its aromatic
presence, high alcoholic degree and great body.

Eyes: Dark red notes, with bluish brightness. Nose: Aromas to mature
red fruits, leathers and spices with a certain pleasant coolness.
Mouth: Persistent flavors and high average body.

Recommendation on watch: Strong plate support. To serve between the 16
and 18 degrees.

Cabernet Franc:

Stock of fruit and flavourful character, used in mixtures to harness
the Cabernet Sauvignon.

Eyes: Mature red colors, with brown notes. Nose: Red notes to
chocolate and fruits, with I touch to violets. Mouth: Consequent with
the nose, sweet notes to cacao, India berries and wood, in case of the aged ones.

Recommendation on watch: Ideal support of thin red meats or cheese of average spice. Ideal temperature: 14 to 16 degrees.

Carola, nada mejor que perseguir a los sentidos y hacerles entender que el mayor placer subyace en lo desconocido e inesperado, sabiendo que la tibieza y sabores han de recorrer el tracto digestivo motivando la Líbido
